TK-970C EVA冷胚射出成型機系列，可配二組、三組或四組射出單元，每站可放一副模具，每副模具可做1模2雙或1模3雙，依鞋碼尺寸大小而定。EVA冷胚射出成型機適用生產不同顏色及不同密度組合的中底、涼鞋、拖鞋、大底等產品。

(1) 射口阻料裝置；成品良率提高。
(2) 入料電阻尺控制射出精準。
(3) 電腦人機操作；簡單親合性佳。
(4) 冷卻裝置；成品冷卻速度快，產能提高。
(5) 單色/雙色生產階可適用；彈性生產。
(6) 快速換模設計；減少換模等待時間。
(7) 射槍模頭特殊散熱風道設計，避免原料在射槍內發泡；達到成品穩定。
